Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute B2C marketing campaigns to promote products/services.
• Develop strategies to increase brand visibility and customer engagement.
• Manage offline marketing activities including conferences, events, collaborations, advertising, newspapers, email marketing, and paid campaigns.
• Coordinate with design and content teams for marketing materials.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare performance reports.
• Organize promotional events, activations, and customer engagement activities.
• Collaborate with sales teams to drive lead generation and conversions.
• Maintain relationships with external agencies and vendors.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Master’s in Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in B2C & B2B marketing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret marketing data.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving ability.
• Proficiency in MS Office and marketing automation tools.
• Experience with Offline marketing like Conferences, Events, Newspaper, Advertising, Magazines, and Promotions.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Experience in campaign budgeting and ROI tracking.
