DrillBit participated as a sponsor in ISTD NATCON 2026 — the National Convention of the Indian Society for Training & Development (ISTD) — held on 6–7 March 2026 at Club Mahindra Golden Landmark, Mysuru. The convention was hosted by the ISTD Bangalore Chapter, in association with ISTD Mysore Chapter and ISTD Mangalore Chapter.
ISTD NATCON is one of India's leading annual conventions for HR, training, and organisational development professionals. The 2026 edition was themed around Propelling Workplace Spirituality: Mind – Body – Soul Transformation, bringing together corporate leaders, HR practitioners, and training professionals from across India.

About ISTD
The Indian Society for Training & Development (ISTD) is a national body established in 1970 under the aegis of the Ministry of Labour, Government of India.
